Olympus Group Holdings, LLC DBA MONTHAVEN (“Monthaven,” “we,” “our,” “us”) values your
privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your
information when you access our website, its associated subdomains, applications, and any
related features or services (collectively, our “Services”), which are owned and operated by
MONTHAVEN. This Privacy Policy also explains the types of information we collect and how
that information may be handled as part of the normal operation of the Services.
Our Services include an exclusive, invitation-only social platform designed to connect qualified
high-net-worth individuals, as well as access to private events, a luxury marketplace, curated
member groups, and other premium experiences offered within our community.
By accessing or using our Services, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use, and
disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy
Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of our User Agreement. If you do not agree
with this Privacy Policy, you should not use our Services.
Minors: If you are a minor, you are not permitted to use or access the Services under any
circumstances. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use any aspect of
the Services. If you are under 21, do not submit any personal information and do not access or
use Monthaven or any of its Services at any time.
Information We Collect.
(a) Your Registration Information. To fully use our services, you will need to
register using our online registration form, where you will be required to provide us
with your contact information and certain other personal information, namely, your
first and last name, email address, physical address, phone number, and net
worth.
(b) Your Usage of Our Services. We automatically track certain information about
you based on your use of the Services. We use this information to conduct internal
research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand
and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregate,
de-identified basis. This information may include referring and exit URLs, browser
type, device information, IP address, and other technical data related to your
interaction with the Services.
(c) Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. In addition, we use "cookies" on
certain pages of our Services. Cookies are small files that can be used to track a
user's steps or automatically generate a user's password. Some features of our
Services may only be available through the use of a cookie. Among other things,
cookies allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session.
Cookies can also help us provide information which is tailored to your interests.
Cookies are stored on your hard drive, not on our Services. Most cookies are
automatically deleted at the end of a session. You may decline our cookies if your
browser permits, although your use of the Services may then be restricted (as

SDKs, to support core Services functionality, enhance security, remember your

Please be aware that any information you voluntarily share may be visible to other
members of the Services, subject to your privacy settings and the functionality of
the specific Services. This includes information contained in event descriptions,
marketplace item details, pricing, images, and any communications or interactions
you initiate with other users.
(e) Your Correspondence. If you send us e-mails, letters, or other personal
correspondence, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about
your activities or postings on or through our Services, we may collect such
information into a file specific to you.
(f) Payment Methods. If you use our paid Services, we will collect payment
information from you, including your billing address, credit card number, and credit
card expiration date, and tracking information from checks or money orders.
(g) Location Information. We may collect information about your approximate or
precise location, depending on the permissions you grant through your device or
browser settings. Location information may be gathered through technologies such
as GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IP address, or other device-based location services.
We collect and use location information to enhance the functionality of the
Services, including but not limited to:
• Showing you events, activities, and content that are relevant to your
geographic area;
• Allowing you to discover nearby events or user-generated listings;
• Improving search results, recommendations, and overall member experience;
• Supporting safety, security, and fraud-prevention efforts; and
• Providing features that depend on knowing your general region or proximity to
certain locations.
You may control whether we collect precise location information by adjusting the
settings on your device or browser. If you choose to disable location access,
certain features of the Services, particularly those related to event discovery and
location-based content, may not function as intended.
(h) Professional or Employment-Related Information. We may also collect
certain professional or employment-related information that you choose to provide,
or that is necessary for specific features of the Services. We use this information
to:
• Facilitate networking features and help members connect with relevant
individuals or groups;
• Provide more tailored recommendations for events, content, or opportunities;
• Verify identity or eligibility for certain Services where professional status is
relevant; and
• Support safety, trust, and fraud-prevention within professional-oriented features
of the platform.
Any professional or employment-related information you choose to make public,
such as in your profile, posts, or event descriptions, may be visible to other
members in accordance with your privacy settings and the functionality of the
Services.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We may use your personal information for the following business purposes:
(a) Providing and Improving the Services. We use your personal information
to operate, provide, and maintain the Services, including to authenticate your
account, enable core platform functionality, personalize your experience, process
your requests, facilitate interactions with other members, and ensure the Services
function as intended. We may also use your information to analyze usage, improve
performance, develop new features, and enhance the overall quality and
security of the Services.
(b) Promotional Use. We may use your personal information to enhance our
marketing and promotional efforts and to improve our content and Services. We
may also use your information to deliver advertisements, new services and
promotions, and other information to you that is tailored to your interests. You can
avoid receiving some of this information by changing your options in your account
settings.
(c) Administrative Notices, etc. We use your email address, your mailing
address, and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, new
product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Services. If you
do not want to receive these communications, you may have the ability to opt out
in your account settings.
(d) Billing and Support. If you use our paid Services, we use your address and
billing information to bill you and provide associated support.
(e) Dispute Resolution. We may also information we have stored about you, and
other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Services,
to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our User Agreement.
Our Disclosure to Third Parties.
We use practices that are consistent with standards in the industry to protect your
privacy. We cannot, however, promise that your personal information or private
communications will remain private. For example, third parties may unlawfully intercept or
access transmissions or private communications. We do not sell or rent any personal
information about you to any third party. The following describes some of the ways that
your personally identifiable information may be disclosed.
(a) Law Enforcement. We may disclose your personal information to law
enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe
necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual
property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal
liability.
(b) Advertisers. We may disclose aggregate information about our members to
advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. However, we do not
disclose any personally identifying information to any of these entities.
(c) Monthaven Services. Throughout the Services, you are identified by your user ID.
If you do not choose a unique user ID, our system may automatically generate one for
you, which may include elements of your name depending on the options you select.
Unless you select a unique user ID, our system automatically sets your user ID as
your first and last name. In this situation, where you are identified on the Services by
your first and last name, you disclose your name to other users and third parties. If
your user ID contains your first and last name, you will be disclosing that information
to other users and potentially to third parties who can view your profile or activity on
the Services.
As a result, other members and third parties may be able to personally identify all of
your activities on the Services. Regardless of the user ID you choose, your user ID
may allow others to identify you or associate you with your activities on the Services.
Even if your user ID is not your first and last name, your user ID can be used to
identify you and your activities throughout the Services.
Depending on the Services you use, other members or third parties may be able to
see your items purchased or sold, events you have RSVP’d for, your feedback rating
and associated comments, your postings on the Services, and so on. Because our
platform is about making meaningful connections, we also provide other members
with a number of ways to find out more about you and your activities on the Services.
As a reminder, please be aware that any information you choose to make public or
that becomes public through your user ID or activities on the Services may be
accessible to other members or to third parties who have access to the Services.
(d) Third-Party Suppliers. We may use third-party vendors to assist us in providing
the Services to you. We impose contractual restrictions on the use by our third-party
vendors of your personal information, and we do not permit our third-party vendors to
sell your personal information to other third parties.
Use Limited to Site-Related Communications.
Because of the nature of our Services, we may allow you to access other members’
contact information. You may use such information only for Monthaven-related
communications. Monthaven-related communication expressly excludes unsolicited
commercial messages. You may not use another member’s contact information for any
purpose that is not directly related to your interactions on the Services. In addition, under
no circumstances can you disclose personal information about another member to any
third party without our consent and the consent of such other member after adequate
disclosure. Note that law enforcement personnel, VeRO program participants, and other
rights holders are given different rights with respect to the information they access.
(a) No Spam. Monthaven and our members do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without
limiting the foregoing, you are not permitted to add a Monthaven member to your
mailing list (whether email or physical mail) without their express consent after
adequate disclosure.
Disclosures You Make to Third Parties.
Our Services may link to other websites and provide access to products and services
offered by third parties, whose privacy policies we do not control. When you access
another website or disclose information to third parties, use of any information you
provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the third-party you are visiting
or the provider of such products or services. As a consequence, we highly recommend
that you carefully review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you choose to
visit and make an informed decision on your own about whether to use them based on
their policies. If you feel that we linked to a website that does not have an acceptable
privacy policy, please contact us by using our contact form. When contacting us, you
must include a link to the website and why you believe the website’s policy is not
acceptable, with relevant supporting documentation.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal
information, such as:
(a) Right to Know: The right to know what personal information we have collected
about you.
(b) Right to Delete: The right to delete personal information we have collected from
you, subject to certain exceptions.
